We have all cultivated our own unique set of survival skills, ways to protect ourselves from pain and uncertainty. Sometimes those survival instincts lead to difficult patterns in our decisions and relationships, keeping us from realizing who we are or want to be.

Individual therapy can provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for you to address concerns around relationships, life transitions, past trauma, identity and intersectionality, anxiety and depression. I work in collaboration with clients to identify their goals, offer emotional connection and curiosity, and join in their efforts to understand the deep wisdom of their survival skills and create more harmony throughout their lives.
