Individual Therapy

We have all cultivated our own unique set of survival skills, ways to protect ourselves from the outside world. Sometimes those skills become problematic or isolating, keeping us from realizing who we are or want to be.

Individual therapy can provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for you to address concerns around relationships, life transitions, past trauma, identity and intersectionality, anxiety and depression. I work in collaboration with clients to identify their goals, offer feedback and insight, and join in their efforts to create a new set of skills, and ultimately a more satisfying and joyful life.

I specialize in providing therapy for Asian Americans and BIPOC individuals around the following themes:
